· ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL
Aluminum plastic composite panel is compounded with top and bottom layers of aluminum sheet, Anti-toxic polyethylene core material. Both surfaces are rolled and coated with special baking varnish.
Standard: According to ASTM, EN or BS Standards as per Client
· CORTEN STEEL CLADDING
COR-TEN® is a trademarked name owned by U.S. Steel.
COR-TEN® steel is becoming more popular by roll formed product end-users. Its unique look and naturally oxidizing finish make it especially desirable for many architectural projects. Weathering steel, best-known under the trademark COR-TEN® steel, is a group of steel alloys which were developed to obviate the need for painting and form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several years. Weathering steel has increased resistance to atmospheric corrosion when compared to other steels. COR-TEN® resists the corrosive effects of rain, snow, ice, fog, and other meteorological conditions by forming a coating of dark brown oxidation over the metal, which inhibits deeper penetration and negates the need for painting and costly rust-prevention maintenance over the years. In simple terms the steel is allowed to rust, and that rust forms a protective coating that slows the rate of future corrosion.
· Aluminum Solid Sheet Cladding (Fabric lad)
The finish can be used for columns or concrete walls. we have two types that
can be used with rock wall insulation or without & Aluminum foil sheet. It
also can be used in different thicknesses. The finish also can be Kynar or
powder coating to match the external envelope finish.
· Stainless Steel Cladding
Stainless steel cladding is durable and weather resistant .it is used for the architectural reason. it is used in multiple thicknesses as per the requirement of the architect. also, it can be curved or straight, the finish of stainless-steel cladding can be mirror or brush finish or mat finish as per the requirement of the engineer. Stainless steel finish is 0316 or marine grade for the external, and 304 for the internal.
